Training from Health Touch Spa and School of Massage in Rothschild, WI. Including specialty training Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Upper Extremities; Thai Massage, Tui-Na (deep tissue), Western/Swedish massage, Warm Bamboo, Soft Tissue Melting: Deep Tissue Through Light Touch, Body-Mind Proprioception and the Body Sense 1-6, Myofascial Technique, Essential Oils for Body Mind and Spirit; are some of the training techniques I've learned. Brief training in Lomi lomi, Reflexology, Feldenkris. I am also an Energy worker, Bodyworker. Currently and continually learning new techniques and methods of massage therapy. Continually learning aroma therapy, adding high quality essential oils to my repertoire. 

I attune massage to preference of individual client discussion prior to session. That being said, I observe from a professional stand point throughout massage, response from your body. I trust my professional observation and adjust massage flow accordingly. Observation on your part is welcomed and technique may be questioned, with ease.. A verbal notice to stop massage at any point is acceptable if needed for any reason.

I have worked with people of all ages in different professions throughout my life. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about them. I strongly believe in protecting each others dignity being key in offering professional massage. During a first massage I have found making light conversation builds trust. If conversation is not preferred please make this known. Unless I need to inquire about a response I am noticing from the body. I will honor a quiet massage.
